Welcome to First Contents. These Terms of Service govern your use of the First Contents mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

First Contents is an all-in-one content management application that enables users to create, organize, store, search, and manage personal content, including:

• Notes and text entries
• Meeting notes
• Shopping lists
• To-do lists and tasks
• Diary and journal entries
• Documents and archives
• Images and videos
• Voice recordings
• Links and file attachments

The App may also provide optional backup and restore functionality through Google Drive.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content you create, upload, store, or manage within the App.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

3. Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all content stored in the App.

First Contents does not claim ownership of your notes, files, images, videos, recordings, documents, or other content.

4. Google Drive Backup and Restore

• Access to Google Drive is used only for backup and restore functionality requested by the user.
• The App does not access unrelated Google Drive files unless required for the selected backup or restore operation.
• You may revoke Google Drive permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

5. Data Security

The App may provide password-protection features to help secure your content.

You are responsible for protecting your device, passwords, and access credentials.

While reasonable measures may be taken to protect data, no system can guarantee complete security.

6. Data Backup and Loss

Although the App provides backup and restore features, the developer does not guarantee that data loss will never occur.

Users are encouraged to maintain additional backups of important content.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with third-party services, including Google Drive and Google Sign-In.

Use of such services is governed by the terms and policies of the respective providers.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, functionality, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

The developer makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Device issues
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Use or inability to use the App

11. Updates and Modifications

The developer may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

These Terms may also be updated periodically. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

The developer may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
